Life Coaches help their clients explore their past only as a
means of understanding their current
life experiences and belief systems.
Their primary goals are to help a client look
at where they are, where they want to be, and
how to get from point A to point B.

A. Yes.
Some clients hire a life coach to help them achieve
a specific goal.
Q. WHAT HAPPENS IN A COACHING SESSION?
A. We will look at your present position in relation to your
goal as well as any obstacles that may need overcoming.
Q. HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION?
A. You can schedule your session via our online booking system.
Q. ARE THE COACHING SESSIONS IN-PERSON OR ONLINE?
